- Do you offer samples for purchase?

Yes. We offer a 2oz. package on many of our creams and small bottles
of oils. We also offer sample pack of soap so that you may try all of
our soaps in one package for a small fee. You will notice our prices are extremely
competitive and we feel that for $10 or maybe a little more, you can
try a generous amount of our products.
- What methods of payment do you accept?
- Tallawood Farms offers secure ordering through credit card, PayPal,
checks and money order. We do not share information with anyone!

- How long will it take to get my order?
- We make and package your purchase as you order. We do not
have our, toiletries, soaps or crafts setting
on shelves which we can just pull down and put in a box. With all
of our choices we just are not able to do that, plus...we want you to
get your products nice and fresh! It normally takes us 3-7 business
days to process orders before they ship out to you. This time varies
with how busy we are and the size of order we get and is not a
guarantee so please order well ahead of time.
- I placed and order and received an email receipt
but no other confirmations or notifications. Is that normal?
- No. We send an email the day your order is shipped via USPS and, if
applicable, tracking information. From time to time the email may not
go through though. If you have not heard from us after 7 full
business days (weekends and Holidays not included), please email us at
tallawood@yahoo.com for
any questions you may have concerning your order.
- What shipping services do you use?
- We are currently shipping Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation
for most orders.
For orders weighing more than 5 lbs. we may choose USPS and UPS
at our discretion.
- Do you offer refunds or replacements?
- We do not offer refunds or replacements on any cosmetic or personalized
gifts. These are made as you order and just for you. If you have an
allergic reaction to any product we can not be responsible. Try small amounts
of beauty products when first trying them. If you choose
to purchase insurance we will
refund on damaged goods. The package must be returned so that we can
make a claim. (make
us aware of the damaged package within 24 hours of receiving it.)
- One of my products was damaged during shipping
but everything else is perfect! What do I do?
- Please let us know right away. I know many would just say
it was no big deal but providing great customer service is a very big
deal around here! In rare occurrences when this happens we like to
credit your account for your next order or replace the
damaged item if you so choose. Because of past abuse of this policy,
we do ask that you return the damaged products to us, at your cost,
using our PO Box address.
My question is not answered on this page. What now?
