| FRUIT CUPS
2 fresh apples
2 fresh bananas
2 fresh oranges
1juice of a lemon
1/4 cup coconut
peal and slice fruit cut into small (1 1/2 inch bits about) when
slicing orange after you section squeeze and get all of the juice as this
is your dressing. - Mix all fruit together sprinkle in coconut and lemon
juice. You can add pecans or walnuts if you are allowed to have
them. Put into a decorative cup and place a sprig of mint on the
side of the cup. |
| CREAM CHEESE PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE MOUSSE:
This recipe was sent to me by a customer:
1 cup heavy cream; 8 oz. Softened cream cheese; 2-3 tablespoons SlimSweet
1 teaspoon vanilla, 1-1/2 to 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice. Beat cream
till soft peaks form. Set aside. Beat cream cheese, vanilla, spice and
sweetener till light and fluffy. Add whipped cream and beat just until
combined. Chill 2 hours.

Strawberries & Cream Cheese Ice Cream
1 4 ounce block of cream cheese softened
1 teaspoon. vanilla extract
4 packages of SlimSweet to taste
Blend all of the above together
Prepare topping
1 cup of strawberries sliced and sprinkled with SlimSweet to taste
Put strawberry toping into refrigerator Blend all other ingredients
together smooth onto a pan until about 1 1/2 inches thick put into
the freezer for 1 hour or more. Cut into blocks and top with chilled
strawberries.
Another interesting variation is to take gram cracker crumbs and layer
onto pan before smoothing on cream cheese mixture.
